This restaurant offered us very kind and considerable service, and the food was just simply fine and lovely for the presentation. By that time, we’re in rush to the concert though we want to have the quality dinner at the end of our trip in here. This restaurant fulfilled our desire and we made it to the concert eventually thanks to the waitress’ intime aid.

We enjoyed our visit here. The food was to a good standard but could have done with a bit more bravery from the chef. Some individual items such as the dumplings with the lamb were missing something. The wine list was adequate but nothing exceptional. The atmosphere was good and the service was excellent. Recommend for an uninterrupted evening and high quality dinner without any fuss.
Don’t get fooled by the preconcerted negative feedback obtained a few months ago (check on your own). This is a high quality restaurant with polite staff and great food with appropriate pricing.
Charming restaurant not far from Vienna Opera. Small, but intriguing menu of cold and hot starters, main course and desert. Competent wine list, including about a dozen wines by the glass. Staff can make good wine recommendations.The dinner started with a tasty amuse bouche. We had 3 starters and 2 entrees, which were all very inventive and falvourful and liked everything we tried.
I would highly recommend “At Eight”, one of the best meals and restaurants I’ve had in a very long time. The staff was extremely friendly, attentive, and helpful. I have a hearing impairment and asked when booking if they could seat us in a quieter corner of the restaurant. They kindly had set up our table in the back and it was perfect. Everyone was so friendly and the food was amazing. If in Vienna you must go!

Thankfully this is a CR group restaurants so it is recognized around the world. Lets start with the bad. The decor seems a bit odd for this great of a restaurant. Seems cheap with laminate tables and doesn't feel like I'm at a nice restaurant. The service is hit or miss. If you are young and does not speak the language, the older gentlemen with glasses who works there, feels like he punished us while we were there. On the bright side, the younger employee was way better. Super friendly and knowledgable and wasn't pouring 1/3 of a glass of wine and pours a legit glass. Food wise, everything was amazing. To get the best of everything, the 55 set dinner menu is the way to go. It is enough food to make you fall asleep and the construction of the food was spectacular.
Lovely place. Love the interior. Good food and friendly service. Should go again.
